If u dont know Antrax hes a cool dude! And New Heaven is located very well for lots of traffic.

 

Something worth noting is that the town is next to verat chaos, with all the devotional shrines. BUT since there are no devotionals on NH itself, it is never under siege. So... if you want to skip the siege in verat chaos, go via new heaven
(I find it easier to just run in the middle of the siege, but NH is an option too)
