New NPC actions/schedules

    I know R31 has been out for a little bit now, so sorry if it's already been brought up, but I just now noticed this and don't recall seeing anyone talking about it yet.

    I was in Soltown and I noticed that the merchant now sleeps in a room over his shop at night, and the advanced range trainer also walks around doing all kinds of stuff like jumping jacks, shadow boxing, and some kind of martial arts training looking animation.

    Not sure how many other places have new actions, but just thought I would mention it because I know people have been asking for it for a while, and also because I'm waiting for the merchant to wake up x_x

    Soltown will get more schedule treatment this release.
