New NPC buildings: library and temple

    We have giant statues of the Titans of courage, love and truth. And we have weapons, armor and combat stores, which can be associated with a neighborhood dedicated to the titan of courage in a POT.
    I think it would be great to have a library and a temple (about the size of a tavern, more or less) that we could associate with neighborhoods dedicated to the titans of truth and love respectively.
    Even without having a role associated with titans, these buildings would make a great role in a POT.
    And it would be totally cool if these buildings were provided with the purchase of the POT, just like the cooking shop, magic shop, bank, etc.
    I melt for a library!
