New NPC Town Scenes Need More Diverse NPCs

Im sure this is a work in progress, but right now a lot of the new scenes for NPC towns have redundant shops and NPCs. I cant find anyone with seeds anywhere in drachvald. Every town has the same reagents, adventuring supplies, crafting supplies, trainers, etc. The old scenes had different NPCs in each town, so if something you needed wasnt in one of them, it was probably in a nearby town. Now it seems like I may have to pass Vauban pass for something as simple as garlic seeds!

Love the new scenes though. While they are just clones of POT scenes, theyre pretty and they sure have a lot of space for players!
