A few months ago some former ROW houses came back to Crown store:
Viking 2 story, 3 story and 4 story.
They came back as VAULT items (that's okay), but permanent.
Price for Viking 4 story = 1700 Crowns

Now, a new Vault item was added, the former Kobold ROW house 4 story (not permanent), price = 4,500 Crowns.

    What's the reason for
    1. Viking ROW houses came back permanent and other styles (Kobold, Elf, Shogun, Obsidian) only in vault for a short time?
    2. price difference?

Why can't we have back all former styles with same house sizes, and similar prices, sorted in crown shop?
    Obsidian
    Kobold
    Shogun
    Elf
    Viking

What's the intention to handle it different?

    Any information about? :)

The 4 story blue roofed row house is my favorite for that lot size.

The roof is stylish. It has a nice Ardoris lantern light on the 4th floor balcony (balconies are rare for row houses) and a good distribution of built-in inner lights. The layout of the 1st and 4th floor are nice. Even the somewhat cramped 2nd and 3rd floor rooms are decent for first-time tenants.

And to top it off, the 5 story wood and timber basement which you can add on gives lots of room for expansion.

There are more functional multi-story row house types (green house & vendor porch) but this is the best looking hands down.

I think if you feel marking them as heritage is necessary to justify reducing the price, I recommend doing so.

However, I do not see much dealing in used homes on the player market so I don't think this is too much of a concern.
I don't think players who bought them at higher prices in the past would object to the new lower priced vault edition versions.

You might want to check the statistics of trade and vendor logs, and only place heritage markers on ones that have high transaction rates for the originals, as not to disrupt the player market as much.

You can also estimate the value each house should be placed at on the current market, by placing it slightly above the transaction price in player exchanges via cross-reference with COTO prices in recent player trade logs.
