    This is something many have been pushing for a long time. We have so many patterns in game and many people don't like being restricted to a set and would rather dress how every they like with some limitations so that they can be what they want to be. With the changes it allow those who have been rocking the same items forever... 3+ year some even 7 years finally to change how they look and offer some more simulation in terms of diversity in how many people will look different now :)
