New Player Quest into the game (bug)

Hello,

I created a new pure multiplayer character (archer), got into the village on fire story/quest, I find the girl and tell her to follow me, I die in the flames, I resurrect and get back to where I died and she is not there, she is not anywhere around or where she started.

Then I go pass the bridge after killing some undead and the man of my quest tells me we need to find the girl in order to continue: I am stuck,

Bugs apart, great game! I had some good feelings starting this char!
