    4. Details: The new player tutorial System Messages detailing general game mechanics will continue to display when switching to Online Modes with an already established character.
    5. Steps to Reproduce: Create and begin new character in Offline Mode, then play Online mode character.
    6. User Specs: Win10 64-bit
