New POT magic shop does not remove grass and trees when placed

    And just noticed the same issue with the bank building next door, so all revised POT NPC buildings need to be checked...

    This actually had to do with the NPC building being placed on top of the nearby paver, so it was a child deco to the paver. This isn't really intended to be allowed, but I've fixed it so that the tree/grass clearing will now work in this case.

    I've had the same issue happen with a POT NPC tavern. The shrubbery did not appear initially, but was there after relogging. The tavern is near pavers so I will need to check that. Thanks for posting the note above.
