New smoke emotes do not work while seated

    Title: New smoke emotes (Smokeburst, Smokeheart...) do not work while seated. The old /Smoke works.

    Steps to Reproduce: Sit down and use new Smoke emotes
    User Specs:
    OS: Windows 8.1 (6.3.0) 64bit
    CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-4770 CPU @ 3.40GHz (8) System RAM: 16277
    GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 780 GPU RAM: 2981
