New tooltips

    I like them, but first few times I saw them, I tried to "click here" by clicking on that text inside a tooltip, and nothing happened. From a UX stand point, I suggest to make tooltips clickable performing an action they advertise. I understand that they may have other links inside (like "dismiss"), the rest should be clickable, or the text itself should be clickable.
