New You - Sex and name change?

    Hi Guys,
    Can anyone tell me if its possible to change sex and player name in the "new you" vendor... seems you have to pay before you can see any options.
    Don't want to waste my coins :)

    also the payment should be done at the end to allow people to see whats what. :)

    No, name and sex changes are support requests. You can buy a service voucher on the website.

    ....or if you haven't spent a lot of time on that character you can just delete it and start over.
