    Title: Next Target ( G key ) still not starting at avatar and moving out.
    Reproduction Rate: 100%
    Blocker? no
    Details: As reported in R34 and R35, Next Target is still working the opposite of what it's supposed to. It is still starting with the farthest target and moving inward.
    Steps to Reproduce: Use it
    User Specs:
    OS: Windows 10 (10.0.0) 64bit
    CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7 CPU 950 @ 3.07GHz (8) System RAM: 12287
    GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 970 GPU RAM: 4058
    SotA.EarlyAccess.Win.64.412.Date.11.08.16
    Area: Novia_R9_Forest02_03
    Area Display Name: Ulfheim
    Loc: (-146.0, 29.7, 106.2)

    I feel it should start with the mob that currently has a non-locked reticle on it.
