    Details: Some kind of combat tutorial needs to be added to new NUE - I've gotten into combat twice so far on a new character with no prompt that I saw about how to fight, enter/exit combat, loot corpses, etc - I also was just prompted to equip my 'best weapon before proceeding' at the gate here - but I don't know how to do that yet.
