    Title: No Basements at Housing Deeds Merchant

    Reproduction Rate: 100%

    Blocker? (Yes/No/Partial) Not really, unless you want a basement

    Details: Homes vendor in Central Brittany sells the hatch but no basements.

    Steps to Reproduce:

    a. Go to Loc 384.2, 29.9, 308.0 in Central Brittany

    b. Talk to Housing Deeds Merchant, “buy” if necessary

    c. Observe there is a hatch but no basement deeds.

    User Specs:

    Ryzen 1600 w/Geforce 970, Windows 10, 16 GB RAM, SotA QA Win 64 Release 509.

    Same, thought they might have been moved to craftable only, but no basement recipes.
