No changes to tier 2 wand (heartwood) material bonuses

    1. Title: No changes to tier 2 wand (heartwood) material bonuses

    4. Details:
    none of the material bonuses for wands (heartwood) have been changed/improved
    (0.1 damage resistance for hard maple!?!?!? )

    Hopefully just not implemented yet but I wanted to make sure they weren't over looked since all of the metals seem to have been updated/improved.
