No Compass or Overworld Map sparkly for Brookside Samael Quest

    Title: No Compass or Overworld Map sparkly for Brookside Samael Quest

    Details: After completing the Necropolis, I had 2 quests, one to meet Samael in Brookside to see if I could aid him in some way and to go to Malice. While going to Brookside, indication that I had a quest there was not apparent on the overworld map (no sparkly above the town) and there was no marker inside the town of Brookside. I also could not figure out how to help him, but that's likely me being dumb. I moved on to Malice without completing that quest.
    Steps to Reproduce: Complete Necropolis but get both quests from Samael.
