No difference between a 5 stack and a 6 stack

    Title: No difference between a 5 stack and a 6 stack
    Reproduction Rate: 100%
    Blocker? No.
    Details: In any tree that I have specialization in, there's no difference between charging the skill to 5 and charging the skill to 6.
    Steps to Reproduce: See "Details".

    GPU: GeForce GTX 1070/PCIe/SSE2 GPU RAM: 8192

    Area: POT_island_metropolis_01_template/Mystic Isle
    Area Display Name: Mystic Isle
    Loc: (31.7, 89.0, -77.6)

    I've tested this with multiple skills and I get the same result; no difference between charging to 5 or 6.

    I get my 6 stack power on immolation, meteor shower and ring of fire, unless these have been bugged since spec came out.
