No German title for dog plains encounter

    Title: No German title for dog plains road encounter

    Details:the dog plains encounter
    Steps to Reproduce:go into a dog plains road encounter is not translated yes, the dialog also shows a red "Server: not implemented" message; after a while, the title was in German

    A related issue is that in a deer encounter (German settings) I got "you sense a great threat approaching" (English). I guess the plains encounters are not localised completely yet?
