    Title: No lot deed from Oracle (plz respond)

    Details: I am wearing my shroud and talking to the Oracle, but no lot deed is being givin. She continually repeats that I am one of many Avatars, they will make their choices, she will watch and wait. I have tried restarting game, as many keywords as I could think of, blah blah blah, its broke. Also the witch in Solonia does not give me a black skull I have visited the scene several times. IT DOES NOT FEEL FUN

    @Grape-Ape, don't go to the central oracle in brit for the deed, just go to one of the regular ones.
