No new abilities come from getting new masterworks to level 101

Nothing new opened up from getting 101 in the new masterworking cloth skill. Is there suppose to be more abilities getting unlocked? If not, it is best to leave your skill at 49/50, and delevel it to 49 to get better chances at +2% crit rate, +5% crit damage, +2/+1 avoidance, +7.5/+15 damage resistance, then up it to 50 and try for the + to certain skills in the tree.
