no option to disable sparkle of the quest givers and sparkling objects in the tutorials

    1)
    No option to disable sparkle of the quest givers.
    I did check the Game Options for a few times and
    I did not find any option to disable sparkle of the quest givers.

    2)
    Also there is no option to disable sparkle of the objects that sparkle in the Battle of Solace Bridge tutorial, the Blood River Massacre tutorial and the Battle of Highvale tutorial.
