No or broken Animation for "Fire Arrow" (NPC)

    At least for humanoid NPCs that are capable of casting Fire Arrow the animation is incomplete.
    Before R49 the NPCs uses the same (or similar) animation like the Avatar for casting a Fire Arrow. Since R49 the Fire Arrow is casted with nearly no acting of the NPC.

    Repro: find a NPC Fire Mage and watch them casting Fire Arrow on you.
