Title: POT auto map is missing row lots
Reproduction Rate: always

Details: the map auto populates lots from village to city size (did not test bigger),
however row lots are not shown
BTW: thanks a lot for that feature!

Steps to Reproduce:
User Specs:
OS: Windows 10 (10.0.0) 64bit
CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-6700K CPU @ 4.00GHz (8) System RAM: 32693
GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1070 GPU RAM: 8088

Area: POT_island_metropolis_01_template/Astrum
Area Display Name: Astrum
Loc: (16.1, 70.2, -125.5)

I see the row lots on the map. They just won't get the outline on the lot layer until a house is placed. It's possible your browser also cahed the javascript. Try hard refresh witch ctrl+shift+r on the website? Issue shouldn't be visible in-game.

I had seen no lots at all in my browser and the missing row lots in game.
When I moved in game from Astrum to Diamond Fields the map got stuck.

Now I can see all lots including row lots - even with house graphics - in my browser (just loaded the page, no forced refresh)
And in game I now also see row lots in Diamond Fields - both owned and free.

But I still found something
(at least I am testing
The POT size has not been updated, Astrum is still listed as POT / Village and Diamond Fields only as POT, should be POT / Metropolis.
And thanks again for the effort, the maps are really nice now.
