Noise on SFX channel

Blocker? It is for me. Too annoying to play with it.
Details: SFX audio channel has something playing that sounds much like the end of a vinyl record. This used to only be a problem on the QA server, but sometime in the last six months or so has made it to live also.
Steps to Reproduce: Start the client and disable all other audio channels except for SFX

@Archer, at those coordinates (or as close as i can get given the house is locked), i hear seagulls, a fireplace, and the moontower southeast in the bay. you might check another place with a moontower and see if it's the same sound.

 

All I hear there is the moon tower and even it's barely audible. My SFX and Master volume is all the way up. It's midnight, so that probably why there are no seagulls. The fireplace seems to be unlit. So ... yeah, probably the moon tower. I guess in a way, it does kinda sound like a scratchy vinyl album.

 

Ggrrrrrr. I figured out what it is. Smelting Station on an upper floor, doh! ;-(
I guess you forget the sounds you got used to when you take a six month break ;-)
