Non-combat hotbar not showing

    3. Details: my non-combat hotbar never showed, since i have started to play this game i cannot view non-combat hotbar. I already checked and uncheck the options to show this hotbar but with no sucess. Restarted game, pc, etc and issue stills.
    4. Steps to Reproduce: -
    5. User Specs:
      Microsoft Windows 10 Pro x64.
      Version 10.0.15063 Compilação 15063
      Processor Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-3570 CPU @ 3.40GHz, 3401 Mhz, 8gb RAM DDR3, NVIDIA GTX 770 4gb

    z hotkey only draw/take weapon but non-combat hotbar not apear.

    Hi, I dont know how long you've been playing but they introduced the need to buy those abilities so you start with only a combat bar, and as you say Z then only brings out your weapon, you need to go to a skills trainer to learn the ulitiy bar, and deck building and free attack.
