non-hostile encounters ignore spawn protection

    Title: non-hostile encounters ignore spawn protection

    Details: if you exit an encounter and spawn on the overworld on the spot where another encounter has formed, IF the encounter is hostile, you will not be immediately drawn in because you have spawn protection and can leave the area while it's active so as not to be immediately sucked back into an encounter loop. if it's NOT hostile (stags, dogs, travellers...), however, you get no protection from it and are immediately drawn in with no chance of escape.
