    Title: norgard fens puzzle problems

    Details:
    a: the power orb is flagged non-tradeable, but NOT a quest item. this annoyed me, so i locked it so it'd be with the rest of the locked items in a place in the list i can ignore.
    b: i did the puzzle but forgot to unlock it first. it unlocked the blessing, but i still have the orb, because it was locked. (it's unlocked now.)
