    Title: Cant see focus of a targetted avatar
    Reproduction Rate: just started recently, now 100%
    Blocker? no
    Details: shift click on an avatar, view health bar but cant see focus bar
    Steps to Reproduce: shift click on an avatar, view health bar but cant see focus bar
    User Specs:
    OS: Windows 10 (10.0.0) 64bit
    CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-4770 CPU @ 3.40GHz (8) System RAM: 12213
    GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GT 740 GPU RAM: 2017
    SotA.EarlyAccess.Win.64.601.Date.05.01.17
    Area: POT_forest_metropolis_02_template/Virtue Oasis
