[Not a bug] Death Touch does damage even if caster is at full health

    Casting Death Touch will damage an enemy, even if the caster is at full health.

    it just does more damage when your low on life, it does not say will deal no damage if at full health.

    Since it's a life drain spell - I was guessing it shouldn't do any damage if the caster is full health?

    Why would it not deal damage? you just get healed for damage it deals. it does not say if you need healing the damage this deals will heal you. I would drop the death tree if that is how it worked.
