[Not a Bug] Decorative Pepper and Onion Patches - No Permissions Menu

4. Details - once item is placed, you cannot bring up item permission window to change decoration remove or modify permissions (Kindred, Trustee, Co-Owner, Private) Or the Decoration Move: Public/Kindred This is for the Decorative Pepper Patch (mature) and Decorative Onion Patch (mature) items.
5. Place item anywhere on lot. Right click item and nothing happens.

in order to display that menu (or show a tooltip, or have the mouse change to yellow to indicate the object is moveable), an object needs to have either collision or a deco indicator box (like fogs, fireflies, mower pavers...) some plants have collision and some don't: this is intended to line up with whether it's a big individual object (rose bush) or a cluster of small plants that people generally go THROUGH as a group (a wheat field.) i don't feel like peppers or onions are big enough to stop people in their tracks. we can discuss adding deco indicator boxes to the plants that don't have collision, if it's possible when they already have a non-vfx visual component, but that would be a wishlist request. as it stands, you can control what your deco setting defaults are BEFORE you place these objects.
