[Not a bug] Ferig's Battle Camp - Kobolds no longer spawning in this area

    Title: Ferig's Battle Camp - Kobolds no longer spawning in this area

    Details: There's usually a random encounter here at (near) this location where a few assorted Kobold's will span in here. I have not seen any for hours? I just happen to know this area fairly well, and noticed I had not seen any in a long time.
    Steps to Reproduce: Go to this location in Ferig's Battle Camp and notices no Kobolds.

    EDIT: With Patch 844 they seem to be spawning again. They just spawn at a different kind of rate.
