[NOT A BUG] Lot Deeds gump opens at login

    Title: Lot Deeds gump opens at login
    Reproduction Rate: 100%

    Details: For some reason (started yesterday), every time I login and the game loads, my screen has the Lot Deeds (U) gump open. I don't owe taxes or anything. I can close the gump, logout, log back in, and it's open again.
    Steps to Reproduce: Who knows, login as me.
    User Specs:
    OS: Windows 10 (10.0.0) 64bit
    CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-6700K CPU @ 4.00GHz (8) System RAM: 32707
    GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1060 6GB GPU RAM: 6084
    SotA.EarlyAccess.LIVE.Win.64.614.Date.05.30.17

    Never mind, somehow the gump had gotten pinned. :p Although...come to think of it...if you close a window while pinned, should it come back at login?
