[Not a bug] Missing Content from Pledge

Hello, recently just started playing again after a few years.

Played during the alpha back in 2014 and played a couple times since then and now.

I purchased a 60 dollar pledge [Virtual Collector] of which I recruited my friend who played with for a little while for a bonus.

It came with Benefactor Edelmann Home and I believe a village deed to place it.
Now that I am back, I was hoping it was still there but it's not.

I got all the other content such as the artisan tools and house objects.
How can I get those items back?

Did you check the bank, to see if the items are there?

Also check the new Rewards window. It’s the treasure chest icon at the top right. Check there, and also while you have that window open, click claim rewards.

Try that.

 

The Collector pledges did not come with a house. Ancestor came with a row, but the village deeds were Citizen and above. Here's a spreadsheet that shows rewards, but not sure how up to date it is. Visit the main page, shroudoftheavatar.com and login in, then check the pledge tab to be sure exactly what you got. If you really are missing stuff, email support@portalarium.com or start a conversation with @Serafina to get sorted out.

 

Yes, please email support@portalarium.com if you believe you are missing anything (no PMs please ^^, but as @margaritte said, Virtual Collector does not come with a house.
