[Not a bug] Out of place row house in Estgard

Title: Estgard row house should be a viking style house by default

Details: This unclaimed row house was probably occupied when Estgard was uncloned, and now needs to be set to the viking style row default like the others. And it'd be swell if y'all could make all the other row houses in Estgard default to viking style, too...

While we're at it... the two small homes at this location should also be Viking homes, like the ones just outside the south gate of the city proper.
