Title: Salvaging Elven Woodwind Long Bow produced an Unknown item

Reproduction Rate: Not sure, first time it has happened to me, do not have more bows to test.

Blocker? no

Details: While salvaging Elven Woodwind Long Bows received an Unknown item instead of scraps or pattern
[4/3/2017 5:50:46 PM] Successfully salvaged an item (Elven Woodwind Long Bow) for Unknown Item x1.

Steps to Reproduce: Salvage a Elven Woodwind Long Bows until you receive this item. This was after 30 or 40 bows total today.

Edit: Exited out and logged back in and the unknown item became a pattern!

@calkano (PAX) - Thank you for reporting. I tried to reproduce this bug but was unable to do so. I received a "Pattern: Elven Woodwind Long Bow" when I salvaged a few of them (offline mode and used a saved game to keep trying to salvage the same one repeatedly.)

Still, I will record this for review since it obviously did happen to you.
