[Not a bug] Shadows no longer work in my house

    Title: Shadows no longer work in my house.
    Reproduction Rate: 100%
    Blocker? No.
    Details: Lights inside my house and on my lot no longer cast shadows.
    Steps to Reproduce: Place a light somewhere on a lot and note that it doesn't produce shadows.
    User Specs:
    OS: Linux 4.8 Ubuntu 16.10 64bit
    CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-4720HQ CPU @ 2.60GHz (8) System RAM: 15969
    GPU: GeForce GTX 970M/PCIe/SSE2 GPU RAM: 3072

    This is working again as of last night. Maybe something was corrected in 442?
