[Not a bug] Xenos Tailor NPC and Cotton Seends

The Tailoring vendor in Xenos sells cotton seeds, but the seed availability is completely inconsistent with seed listings elsewhere. (Others have hundreds, this one has 11)

@WrathPhoenix The amount of supplies on a merchant is completely random. If you keep going back to that merchant and it always says 11, then that might be a bug. But you might have just been unlucky at that time.

 

@Serafina what i am saying is that it is so completely inconsistent - other areas list in the 400+'s, while this lists a very tiny number. Random or not, ive never seen it above the double digits.
