Not being able to trade quest items, a bad idea

Not putting words in your mouth, merely saying something that's a strike for you is a home run for another , something you consider a home run is a strike for another. Your idea of keeping game play open restricts another style of game play. Over 99% of stuff can be sold in this game, I'd say there's plenty of room for some soulbound items.
