    Title: NOT Raining in my House in Spite

    Details: No rain in my house in Spite, in fact there is NO RAIN in Spite at all. Weather is always Heavy Cloud, even when the sun is out! Used to be a nice early morning mist in the dock-side area that was quite atmospheric but this disappeared several releases ago. It MAY rain in my house, but difficult to tell during a drought.
