    Details: clockwork umbrella Weather change still doesn't work. It was a telethon reward which mentioned being able to change weather in a POT. Still no ability to do so.
    Steps to Reproduce:use umbrella no options to change weather.

    @Xee, i'm not sure whether it's working or not, but it's correct that it's not giving you an actual option to choose. it just advances the cycle.

    As well I recall the number of people with an umbrella also factors in .. needing 3 or more to force a change?

    I am curious about what one umbrella can do to for a change. How much of a percent to change the weather can one umbrella accomplish?

    How could we tell if we were testing this? Is there a stat somewhere to compare with umbrella and without umbrella?
