Title: Novia Map Atlas stuck to floor of Lot. "Update failed because item is currently locked."
Reproduction Rate: Persistent 100%

Details: After placing my Novia Map Atlas on the ground to reduce weight, I am unable to pick it back up or move it. When I attempt to, it pops up an error, "Update failed because item is currently locked." I even tried reclaiming the Lot and it still errors. I did not try placing a new house on the lot (to move everything to bank, I believe), but if need be I will.
Steps to Reproduce: Tried to move it and to put it back in my inventory. It fails and error pops up.
