There are several settings in the game about NPC´s (e.g. disable conversations with NPC merchants and go directly to their store). What I would like would be an option like this: When I am occupied (speaking to NPC or player, moving stuff between inventory and bank, buying/selling in a store) then no NPC should approach me to open a conversation and even better would be if for that time all NPC´s would be muted (both audio and the visible text above them).

When Oracle chambers are supposed to be similar to a priests confessional box in a church then the guard ought to stay out and not follow me in. There’s currently a sort of bug that NPC’s will sometimes follow you after you have spoken to them. This is caused specifically by clicking the Goodbye option while the NPC is still doing the talking animation. Doing so will now cause the NPC to walk up to you. To specifically prevent this from happening currently, before clicking goodbye, wait until the NPC finishes the talking animation.
In my case not - I arrived at Castle Atos and ran directly to the Oracle, only passing the Guard without having spoken to her.
