NPC conversations and cursor

    Able to replicate 100%. If I enter into a conversation with the crossairs i'm not able to tab to get a cursor in order to click on conversation links. I can type them but I have to exit the conversation then tab to get cursor and then enter the conversation in order to use the mouse.
