NPC Ferryman not working

    2. Reproduction Rate: every time
    3. Blocker?
    4. Details: When I click or type Passage the NPC brings up a dialog to go to Estgard so I say lets go than he just back talks. very annoying. The first time he gave me a yes or no when I selected YES it took me right over. Now he just keeps talking with no option to take the ferry to Estgard.
    5. Steps to Reproduce: Just talk to Freyman Khary
