NPC Inventories

    I am sure this is going to be a major investigation point for R32. Many NPC's have things in their inventories that from I heard should not be there. For Example:

    Purchasable Lot Deeds on Home NPC's
    No Change to Decorations NPC (should be greatly reduced.)
    Armor NPC's - Many still have armor available such as PoT, Solania, Owl's Head.

    I'm well aware that this is an early QA Drop, but if you can at least ping this thread when NPC Changes go in, I will be happy to do a pass on the towns and PoT NPC's to verify.
