NPC items are too cheap.

For example:

Row Lot Deed = 60,000 Gold
or you can buy it currently for $85 in the add-on store.

Public Cache Chest = 20,000 Gold
or you can buy it currently for $20 in the add-on store.


Based on this math, Row Lot Deeds should be selling for at least 85,000 gold. Although I would argue that since the $85 is supposed to be an introductory price, and the real price at launch will be $100. Then a Row Lot Deed should be selling for 100k gold in-game, right now.

All of the items sold by NPC's should be following this same scale, imo.

 

So could have so always was proportion 1000 gold = $1?
Row Lot Deed 100,000 gold (assuming no 15% discount)
Village lot Deed 200,000 gold
Town lot deed 900,000 gold
City 2,100,000 gold

 

Have they increased the row deed price in R20? It used to be 40k gold in Owls Head.
That is ridiculously cheap. Although that won't exist for beta and launch.

Also the public chests are not the same. The Addon one is decorated and gilded. While the NPC one is plain.
