NPC mage spells still goes off when mage is knocked down at start of cast

    Details:
    When an NPC mage starts casting a spell, a heal for instance, and it gets knocked down before the casting is finished: the spell still goes off (i.e. the heal still applies even though the mage is down).

    Steps to Reproduce:
    Find a mage mob, wait for it to start casting, knock it down before the cast finishes, see the spell still being applied.

    This isn't limited to casting.

    If a large mob with a lengthy swing animation starts swinging at you, you're going to get hit. Even if you stun/trip them at the very beginning of the animation, that swing WILL be applied. More generally, once a mob decides to execute an action, it WILL happen.
