    Blocker? no
    Details: Placed NPC it doesnt move and cant dismiss clicking it
    Steps to Reproduce:
    User Specs:
    OS: Wondoes 10 64 bit
    SotA.EarlyAccess.Linux.64.502.Date.11.08.16
    Area: En Nox (POT_island_metropolis_01_template/En Nox)
    Loc: (130.9, 91.8, -11.2)
