NUE: Character Creation - the Finish and Cancel buttons should be visible on the main view

    The Finish and Cancel buttons should be visible on the main view instead of being hidden under a specific tab.
    The Finish button should not be hidden under the Jaw/Chin tab.
    The Cancel button should not be hidden under the Gender/Skin Tone tab.
    You should not force the users to be in the Gender/Skin Tone tab for them to be able to press the Cancel button.
    You should not force the users to be in the Jaw/Chin tab for them to be able to press the Finish button.
    Also the Finish button should be renamed to 'Done'.

    Other games with the Character Creation (FO76, TS4) have the Cancel and Done buttons in better locations in their Character Creation UI than SotA.
